Nicolai Yacht Consulting & Project Management provides bespoke, comprehensive superyacht consulting and project management services for the superyacht industry. We lead you from concept design to product development, from pre-purchase advisory to delivery, ensuring consistent management and control of planning, designing, timing, budget and overall quality for new construction and refit. Based on the experience gained by managing over 120 superyacht projects from 30 up to 90+ meters for the top companies in the yachting industry, we expertly advise you through every step of the project ensuring 360-degree management and control of the process and the team. For owners, brokerage companies, designers and shipyards, we secure all targets are achieved by profitably managing the process and improving the project’s final result.
OWNER'S PRE-PURCHASE ADVISOR, REPRESENTATIVE AND PROJECT MANAGER
This 62-meter steel-aluminium full-custom motor yacht by Benetti, which we managed as the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, was delivered in June 2023. It features exterior and interior design by Cassetta Yacht Designers and engineering by Van Oossanen. By advising the owner from an early stage we managed the project on his behalf, from the pre-purchase advisory, through negotiation and contract signing, construction, delivery and warranty ensuring it was in line with his vision and requirements throughout the entire process.
OWNER'S PRE-PURCHASE ADVISOR, REPRESENTATIVE AND PROJECT MANAGER
Delivered in January 2023, this 45-meter steel-aluminium full-custom motor yacht by Conrad, features exteriors by Reymond Langton, engineered by Diana Yacht Design and combined with interiors by M2 Atelier. By advising and managing the project on his behalf, we supported the client from the very beginning. From the pre-purchase advisory, through negotiation and contract signing, construction and delivery, we ensured that the contract, design and construction were in line with his vision and requirements. The result is an “ACE” that even exceeded the owner’s expectations!
Owner’s Representation and project management of M/Y Attitude, timely delivered to her owners for the season 2022 in the Med. Hull n.2 of the semi-custom all-Aluminium Baglietto DOM 133 series penned by Stefano Vafiadis, features interiors elegantly customised for her owners by Ezequiel Farca Studio.
